Rebecca Ruggeri
Rebecca successfully graduated with a BA honors in Criminology and Sociology from Carleton University in Ottawa, ON. In December 2008 she joined the Versatile Financial Group team of professionals as an Office Assistant.
Rebecca is dedicated to providing support to our business partners with all aspects of underwriting and in force business utilizing her education and years of experience in the customer service field.
Her main responsibilities includes administrator/receptionist, processing & settling all new business, servicing in force business, pending business, ordering & follow-up on medicals, email inquiries, ICS and mail, ordering marketing supplies and boardroom scheduling.
Rebecca's goal is to continue with the Versatile MOTO in building a great reputation, differentiating herself and to provide 100% client satisfaction.
Rebecca is looking forward to speaking and assisting all of the Versatile contracted independent brokers and new ones coming on board. Happy 2009!
